2025-01-01T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2025 Vía innovahttps://revistas.sena.edu.co/index.php/RVI/article/view/6828Detection of ClfB, and its relationship with biofilm formation, methicillinresistance in staphylococcus aureus strains isolated from infected patients and healthy carriers from the city of Cartagena, Colombia2024-12-20T11:51:57-05:00Braizon Quinterobquinterog@unicartagena.edu.coNiradiz Reyesnreyesr@unicartagena.edu.co
Stepanovic et al. and molecular detection of clfb gene was performed using endpoint PCR with specific primers. The main finding was that strains from carrier individuals were mainly weak- or non- biofilm producers, while strains isolated from infections were mainly strong and moderate biofilm-producers. Presence of clfb gene was not significantly associated with biofilm-forming ability nor methicillin-resistance. Our results may indicate that S. aureus strains causing skin and soft tissue infections tend to form strong biofilms. Although the main mechanisms implicated with biofilm formation are not completely known, it is possible that clfb gene could contribute to biofilm establishment. However, other molecular determinants may be implicated in the biofilm-forming process. Thus, more studies are needed to increase the knowledge on this process. to the IDEAM values. The area available on the roofs to install the PV system turned out to be at least 3463, 81 m2 throughout the year.
2025-01-01T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2025 Vía innovahttps://revistas.sena.edu.co/index.php/RVI/article/view/6829The online buyer in Cartagena de Indias2024-12-20T16:06:15-05:00Emperatriz Londoño Aldanelondonoa@unicartagena.edu.coJosé Feliciano Anaya Simancajanayas@unicartagena.edu.coVanessa Carolina Balmaceda Quintanavbalmacedaq@unicartagena.edu.coMaría José Guzmán Pertuzmguzmanp@unicartagena.edu.coCésar Martínez Reyescmartinezr@unicartagena.edu.co
The main purpose of this study is to typify the consumers of e-commerce products in Cartagena de Indias. The phenomenon to be investigated is based on the fact that the disruptions generated by the Covid-19 pandemic, specifically, the confinement and social distancing led to electronic commerce or e-commerce becoming the main means to carry out commercial transactions, especially in retail trade, between companies and consumers, also known as B2C e-commerce. Univariate and bivariate analyses were carried out with the application of Chi-square and Snedecor’s F tests. For buyer typification, cluster analysis was chosen as multivariate.
2025-01-01T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2025 Vía innovahttps://revistas.sena.edu.co/index.php/RVI/article/view/6830The online buyer in Cartagena de Indias: a cluster analysis2024-12-20T16:42:41-05:00Anyela Astrid Navarrete Borreroyiseth.herrera@unicafam.edu.coYiseth Daniela Herrera Rodríguezyiseth.herrera@unicafam.edu.coMaría Alejandra Suarique Gaitánmaria.suarique@unicafam.edu.coAngie Viviana Mejía Seguraangie.mejia@unicafam.edu.coJorge Armando Pardo Garcíaarmando.pardo@unicafam.edu.coEduin Fabián Ramos Bolañoseramos56@uan.edu.co
Nursing care for patients with COVID 19 became a challenge for the nursing professional requiring extraordinary skills in planning and execution. Currently, there is scientific evidence to propose a care plan that is supported by nursing theory and structured from standardized language; this research sought to develop a care plan, from the adaptation theory proposed by Callista Roy, through Google and Ebsco were used, articles published between the years 2020 and 2024 were included, in Spanish and English; subsequently, analysis categories were defined using the adaptive modes proposed by the theory and finally the information was coded to generate the standardized care plan from the collection of 50 articles. In the analysis of this information, the priority domains of the NANDA taxonomy were identified, proposing specific indicators, objectives and interventions, focused on nursing care in hospitalization services. Among the main findings, domain 4 of activity and rest stands out, which had a higher prevalence given that the symptoms mainly affect the respiratory tract. The complications derived from this alteration were related to the affectation of domain 2 of nutrition, where the nursing diagnosis of intake below needs was evident. The elimination domain was also found to be primarily altered, related to the decrease in gas exchange. As a result of this research, a standardized care plan was built by synthesizing the relevant aspects of the Callista Roy Adaptation model.
2025-01-01T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2025 Vía innovahttps://revistas.sena.edu.co/index.php/RVI/article/view/6826Technical evaluation of the IBOC and DRM digital broadcasting standards for implementation in the city of Cali, Colombia2024-12-20T10:31:17-05:00Lennin Mirandalymirandad@unadvirtual.edu.coMónica Rico Martínezmonica.rico@unad.edu.co
Currently, Colombia operates the analog terrestrial radio broadcasting system. There are more than 1,700 stations in our country; among these there are commercial, community and other public interest stations. Likewise, in this transmission medium there are different needs identified such as the inadequate use of the radio spectrum in the regions due to the ease of setting up transmitters, the number of stations added to the requests for broadcasting licenses for new stations.

This study was focused on the city of Cali, where the phenomenon of informal stations occurs. According to the MINTIC, more than 30 of them emit their signal, causing great interference to the medium. Through this research, the transmission of digital sound broadcasting is analyzed as an alternative to the solution of the problems currently presented. In this sense, the digital broadcasting standards IBOC (In Band On Channel) and DRM (Digital Radio Mondiale) were evaluated, through the comparison of their technical characteristics and the simulation of these in the city of CALI. The simulations carried out in XIRIO are presented, where the 2 standards were evaluated independently. To do this, 18 real stations from the city of Cali were configured in the FM band, covering frequencies from 88.5 to 107.5 MHz. Additionally, 4 stations from nearby municipalities were included to simulate possible interferences. Subsequently, the multi-coverage and interference study was executed, taking 22 reference points to capture data on coordinates, power reception levels and signal quality.
2025-01-01T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2025 Vía innovahttps://revistas.sena.edu.co/index.php/RVI/article/view/6833Teacher Training In Ict, A Challenge For Educational Management2024-12-20T20:52:57-05:00Paola Alexandra Colorado Guarnizopaolacoloradoguarnizo@gmail.comDeisy Andrea Tamayo Arismendidey.tamayo86@gmail.com
The objective of this work is to determine the information corresponding to teacher training in the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the educational environment, taking as a reference the educational management to assume the challenges in such training processes which become a challenge for educational management since it must ensure and contemplate significant learning, associating the particular problems that are generated in the use of ICT for the strengthening of quality in institutions in the country. To this end, the research had a quantitative approach of a non-experimental type of transversal cut, with a correlational-causal study, in turn, the study is conducted in two educational institutions of the public and private character of Medellin and Puerto Lopez (Meta), Colombia, generating as a final result, that there is a significant direct relationship between teacher training in ICT with the processes of educational management.
2025-01-01T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2025 Vía innova
