https://revistas.sena.edu.co/index.php/ricga/article/view/4996

The challenges of globalization generate the need to implement strategies that allow organizations to be competitive in a demanding market, where the human factor is decisive in business positioning, so it is vital to attract and retain the best talent and locally the medium-sized companies of Barranquilla are no exception, and must work on identifying and implementing practices that reduce the loss of valuable human talent that increases turnover rates. This work studies the emotional salary as an opportunity to favor the retention of personnel, its aim is to define its concept, identify and determine those variables that are part of it, in order to generate criteria and tools for companies to implement effective and effective strategies for the satisfaction, productivity and competitiveness of their human resources. It is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, based on a review of literature, databases and the use of a stratified sampling plan for the application of a survey. The results allowed us to establish that a large majority of organizations, considered in the study, use emotional salary schemes as a way to retain talents, allowing them, likewise, to achieve better levels of productivity, effectiveness and competitiveness from a motivated human talent. The most commonly used emotional salary factors, among others, are: good work environment, development opportunities and challenges, flexible hours, work/life balance and quality of life in employment.
Marcos Cabarcas VelasquezCarlos Junior Silva Escorcia

https://revistas.sena.edu.co/index.php/ricga/article/view/5302

ABSTRACT

This investigation project looks for analyzing the factors that influence the motivation in the English language learning process of alumni from the technological program in Business Management at SENA when they must be in their working stage; in order to do so, this research suggests to identify the elements related to intrinsic and extrinsic motivation after apprentices finish their academic stage, in which English class makes part of the studies program.

The set out question is: Which factors influence SENA business management technologist alumni’s motivation to keep on learning English when working after they finish their career?

In view of this approach, it was found that there are factors related to extrinsic motivation, such as the need to obtain better economic income, and to intrinsic motivation, such as promoting their self-image in order to perform more effectively in their family and social environment; but that, these factors are not enough when learning a second language on their own initiative, since it is necessary to know how to self-manage through the development of agency.

Thus, it is important to continue searching for and applying strategies that contribute not only to learning the language as such, but also to molding routines, habits and tasks that make it possible to generate self-regulated spaces for those interested in learning English.
Liliana Andrea Bedoya Solanilla

https://revistas.sena.edu.co/index.php/ricga/article/view/5303

Miguel Angel Castro GalvisFerly Antonio Valencia Serna

https://revistas.sena.edu.co/index.php/ricga/article/view/5285

In the context of the research projects developed within the Universidad Piloto de Colombia under the guidelines of the Research Department, the Faculty of Social and Business proposed the development of the project called "Implementation of the methodology for innovation in the "MICAVDI" value chains for the internationalization of agro-industrial products: case studies", focused specifically on a group of Rural Women Coffee Growers from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, and from the Tequendama and Meta regions. To apply the methodology, it was necessary to characterize, specifically the group of Rural Women Coffee Growers of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, the object of analysis in this article, with the goal of presenting some conclusions and reflections from the Networks of Supply and its Logistics Networks, as an organizational approach, to develop its production process and internationalize its products. The reflections are basically based on presenting an alternative for change in the way of developing its productive process, from an organizational approach based on individual work (by farm or productive unit), isolated, independent, to a collaborative, cooperative and coordinated, that is, focus on "Supply Networks" (value networks) with all those involved in its production process and, with the other rural women in the area, in order to generate economies of scale, increase productivity, which is It will be reflected in the increase in its competitiveness, the co-creation of value, in order to satisfy the demand for its products, both nationally and internationally, if it is clear that the Supply Networks with their Logistics Networks are "global”.
Samir Alveiro Medina RoncancioFabiola Pinzón Hoyos

https://revistas.sena.edu.co/index.php/ricga/article/view/5280

This research project arose from evidencing the need to promote the development of small entrepreneurs in the department of Boyacá, specifically promoting knowledge in the selection of personnel by competencies as a skill for the potentialization of enterprises in the region. Therefore, this study aims to implement job profiles by competencies as an innovation strategy in personnel selection processes in small companies participating in the agro-industrial sector of Boyacá. For this, a qualitative methodology of a type case (case study) was implemented in five phases to a sample of two small companies in the Agroindustrial meat subsector. With the implementation of this study, it was concluded that the small participating organizations do not currently have a human resources area, executing their personnel selection processes empirically; Therefore, with the implementation of labor profiles by competencies, an improvement was achieved in the personnel selection process and identification of generic and specific competencies for each of the positions of the participating organizations.
Adriana Cepeda PardoZareth Lizarazo Davila

https://revistas.sena.edu.co/index.php/ricga/article/view/5284

The research was conducted due to the concern about the low participation of the educational community in the GICGA research group of “Centro de Gestión Administrativa”.

Through a survey applied to the active apprentices of all day timetables and training programs in the second quarter of 2022, we sought to know the reasons why they do not register in the Seedbed Research Projects, given that despite of the quarterly awareness-raising sessions carried out during induction to SENA, the number of enrollees is not consistent with the promotion activities done.

The information collected and analyzed is essential to make decisions on the design of communication and promotion strategies that allow us to strengthen the bond between the educational community and the group of investigation from now on.
Elba Pinzón LoboguerreroWilhelm Augusto Suarez PedrazaAnlly Tatiana Miranda Duarte

To determine an adequate methodology for the good development of the manual competence of functions, so that the SENA apprentices have an optimal knowledge and a good performance in the work environment. Two types of research were implemented: applied research which is based on the function of the purpose which leads to propose a strategy which allows to obtain an optimal learning in the manual competence of functions. Secondly, the mixed type of research was applied, which is based on the function of its source of data where different information is collected within the documentary type in which different documents were found as well as surveys which are of utmost importance to have present in the research. Strengthening an adequate methodology for this competence allows the trainees to develop effectively in the work environment and apply different strategies to carry out the proper functioning of a functions manual in real scenarios.
Jasleidy Astrid Prada SeguraIngrid Tatiana Alarcón HernándezMateo Ceballos CogolloTatiana Alexandra Florez VelezAngely Dayan Reyes FlórezMayra Yuleysi Rodríguez Muñoz
