Abstract
It’s necessary encourage a healthy eating and use of food that provide health benefits by reducing risks of increasing diseases that develop from an early age. Scientific evidences suggests that some bee products promote the restoration human body by stimulating healthing immune responses and which have been used in ancient societies uninterruptedly for thousands of years in countries such as Egypt, Greece and China. This products have antioxidant and antibacterial properties and its natural sweetner, contains vitamins like tiamin, niacin, riboflavin, in addition to ascorbic acid necessary for the body according experts. Fort he formulation of the drinks, five stages were carried out: fruits selection, pretreatment, scalded, bottled and pasteurized. I choose fruits with a high content of Vitamin C like guava, strawberry, kiwi, grape and blueberries; mixtures were made with bee products like pollen propolis and honey and also their sensory tests.
