Abstract

Nowadays, work environment requires the recruitment of people who can demonstrate their socioemotional skills to adapt to changes, teamwork, communicate assertively and resolve conflicts, creating harmonious relationships at different levels of the organization. The objective of this project proposes to strengthen the socioemotional skills of a group of apprentices from the human resources program – ID: 2134567- at CSET- SENA during their academic stage through a pedagogical strategy based on Gamification. This research is defined by a descriptive study, with a qualitative approach establishing the different emotional skills in order to demonstrate their importance for the apprentices to be able to adapt successfully to different situations in the social and work environment. A pedagogical work was carried out based on a strategy that included four main components: Communication to achieve common results, empowerment use and influence in their performance, collaborative networks engagement, creation of relationships based on values. It’s evidente that, the results highlight the differentiation factor achieved by implementing gamification strategies in the different training activities during the academic stage of SENA's technical programs.
