Abstract

In the SENA Management Center (CGA) there is a pedagogical strategy of training the trainees of the human talent management technologist (GTH) through the development of training projects. Within this pedagogical strategy are framed the units of project called “ Didactic companies of GTH”. The objective of these units is to elaborate proposals for improvement in the management of human talent in Bogotan SMEs. This strategy seeks to train apprentices with high quality standards while positively impacting the management of SMEs that receive these proposals for improvement in the management already mentioned. This strategy impacts about 300 SMEs every two years. The present analysis is limited to the training unit “Information Systems for SMEs (SDIP SAS)”, which seeks to generate proposals for improvement in GTH from the perspective of information systems and the automation of these functions in SMEs to which are generated the proposals.
