Processes of document management in state entities of the mining corredor

Abstract

The companies or state organizations of the mining corridor in the department of Cesar need to strengthen their performance and competitiveness in different areas of their functional organic structure, especially in document management processes since, in some cases, they do not apply the due process according to the guidelines given by the General Archive of the Nation through law 594 of 2000. Therefore, this paper describes the problems of document  management that have been faced by state entities such as the Hospital Jorge Isaac de la Jagua de Ibirico and the Battalion Biter 10 at some point. Satisfactorily, with the research of qualitative approach with participative action, it is understood that the best product SENA provides to society is the apprentices who generate, build and solve problems in their environment, as in this case, in which during their practice they appropriated processes that allow nowadays, to show document order in the archives of the entities or organizations of the municipalities of the mining corridor that were the object of study.
