File measurement: app for automatic calculations of folation costs

Abstract

In Colombia, laws and rules are created in order to regulate processes of different areas of knowledge. The
management of files and their techniques today are very useful because it allows an entity regardless of the
business name, be it: large, small, public or private to monitor the information in its importance and order,
having access and total control of the same.
NTC 5029 is the standard created to facilitate through its methodologies the optimization of physical spaces
in a company; for example, when there are accumulated files and through the File measurement application,
the apprentices trained by SENA in the administrative areas, especially in documentary management,
can streamline the manual processes of the cost analysis in pesos ($) of file foliation and thus provide
companies with innovation in the execution of their tasks, taking into account what the standard provides,
its definitions, object, requirements, and regulatory and informational annexes. The application was developed
through a SENNOVA innovation project, to facilitate learning (Know How) in an apprentice who
belongs to the Administrative and financial management network.
