Abstract
The main objective of this article is to present the progress of a research on the strengthening of soft skills through gamification strategies, which is being developed at the Financial Services Center of the National Learning Service (SENA for Spanish acronym). For this purpose, surveys have been conducted on the perception and importance of soft skills, focusing specifically on creativity, communication and teamwork, In this way this research allows us to know and apply the best tools through the use of software and didactic material introducing gamification as a strategy for the strengthening of soft skills in the family environment, social context and labor inclusion of SENA apprentices.
