Abstract

In this research work, the necessary strategies were identified to promote learning within organizations in the manufacturing sector, in order to create competitive advantages that allow achieving corporate success within the sector. The research was structured and developed under a quantitative approach and a method from the analytical-descriptive perspective. A 15-question Likert scale data collection survey was carried out with a sample of 100 individuals, including managers and employees from five (5) manufacturing organizations, chosen at the discretion of the research group. Finally, it is mainly recommended strategies defined to execute the opportune identification of opportunities in order to create dynamic learning processes in the collaborators.
