Abstract
Within the framework of the fourth industrial revolution, technological tools become allies to respond to the real needs of a consumer, who is increasingly aware of the way he consumes and seeks customization in the locker room. Thinking about this, 3 digital tools were developed, articulated between the seedbeds belonging to the Research Group applied to Fashion Design - INAMOD-, which allow a chain designed for retail and users. First, from the use of a body scanner, a 3D anthropometric study was carried out to identify the sizes and body typology of women of the Aburrá Valley -Antioquia- from the relationship of 3 variables: bust, waist and hip; there 7 body typologies were determined. Second, with this information an application was developed that allows women to identify their body type from a 3D avatar and receive recommendations as to the costumes that would allow them to harmonize their figure. Third, to make it more experiential, a virtual dressing room of augmented reality was developed; so that, when the user identifies her body type, her style and receives the recommendations, she can simulate the test of different garments.
