Abstract

This study determined, through analysis, identification and evaluation, the undertakings carried out in 2013 and 2019 in Barranquilla; The study was consistent with what was stated by Migration Colombia in 2019, evidencing the formal occupation of more than 400,000 registered Venezuelans under 50%, throwing a population into the development of informal initiatives. The study has become a qualitative, analytical and analytical tool, and like that of the semi-structured interview, the data have been analyzed in Nvivo11, results have been found related to labor information and the minimum conditions for its establishment, being the trigger for other variables, such as cultural, that are detrimental to the development of the entrepreneurial exercise of Mipymes.
