Abstract
The study was conducted in order to present theoretical foundations that support the proposal of Modernization ICT Classroom in the Centro Industrial y de Energías Alternativas (SENA Regional Guajira), as Laboratory for ideation and co-creation for formulation of R+D+ i projects collaboratively, in support of technological development in La Guajira. The research is qualitative, descriptive, non-experimental, based on bibliographic review and supported by the Logical Framework Methodology. It was possible to organize and structure the theoretical and conceptual foundations to base the proposal, according to important findings about ICT integration in learning and research environments. It was concluded that the modernization of ICT Classroom not only contributes to the improvement of the quality of training, but the construction of constructivist learning environment focused on collaboration, for the formulation of R+D+I projects, co-creation and problem solving for the benefit of society.
