Abstract
This study analyzes the feasibility of implementing agile methodologies in the administrative processes of the Contract Management area of SENA – Regional Risaralda. The main objective was to identify the level of knowledge, willingness to change, and institutional barriers to the adoption of these approaches. A mixed methodology was applied, combining surveys of 32 officials and semi-structured interviews. The results show moderate knowledge, high willingness to change, and barriers such as lack of training and workload. Based on these findings, a five-phase implementation strategy is proposed, focused on training, piloting, evaluation, and progressive scaling. It is concluded that the institutional context is favorable for initiating an agile transition, provided that the critical factors identified are properly managed.
