Abstract
The uncertainty and social tension that emerge from the debate and controversy about the possible implications of the peace process in Colombia, can be ease with the strenghthening of values such as coexistence, respect and tolerance, they are antidotes for unhapiness and confrontation. Every single actor that conforms the Colombian social tissue are called to strenght the interpersonal relationships so they can live in a peacefull and secure environment; in order to achieve that, the country´s educational intstitutions are very well involved, due to their history and trascendence, with especial prominense: SENA, as the main pedagogical development entity that promotes and strenghten the peace.
