Abstract
The present document offers advances of the research project “Generation of pedagogical strategies of comprehensive training research at SENA´s Services and Commerce Centre, Tolima Regional” from the Research Group for Comprehensive Professional Training Program, RGCPTP, line of investigation from the GENICOM research group from SENA´s Services and Commerce Centre, Tolima Regional. It Includes the research as a fundamental tool for the development of knowledge and abilities in apprentices, at the same time, it is a way to design and generate new products which allow progress and social growth in our country. Hence, this work is an entry to research processes applied to comprehensive training by projects that are able to generate impactful results in society and move away from the conception that a certified apprentice with knowledge in an specific job is the only result of a training project.References
