Abstract
In the following article, the aim is to make the meaning of Learning Contract known from the human and social perspective, leaving aside the vision of duty for a moment to see the sensitive part of this figure in the country.
The results of a questionnaire that was applied to the trainees of the CGA Administrative Management Center will be shown, where the inductive and observational research method was applied, because the population has similar socioeconomic characteristics and objective conclusions applicable to the population way be reached in this way.
Once the aspects that impact the socioeconomic scenario of the apprentices with a learning contract, are identified it is expected that the entrepreneur becomes aware of the social function the Learning Contract has which is far away from being mandatory and is understood as a contribution to each of the people who are being trained as well as: a sense of belonging in the apprentices, is generated opening possibility of a generational relief, and accepting the organization at the vanguard of the market as far as knowledge and dynamics are concerned.
