Abstract

The technological tools for effective communication between public entities directly with the citizen, simplifying the procedures and services of public management institutions, can be understood as collective measures taken by a government, with the purpose of promoting technological development to achieve broad political objectives. You can express that currently the government agencies are using structures of technological diffusion, to focus on the tools to position and guide the actions of public management depending on the interests and visions that dominate the political and economic context, is to update the relationship between the technology and its applicability in the governments. It is important to determine that this study has a direct relationship with the following research group “Socio-Humanistic Studies” and research line “Public Management, Government and Governance”. The case study is based specifically in the Municipality of Piedecuesta – Santander with the aim of promoting one way or another, the participation of citizens and businesses in the establishment of the parameters in the distribution of the resources of government agencies, increasing the capacity of response in terms of the needs and requests
