The horizontal property sector from the local in Bogotá

Abstract

In the territorial administrative units (the neighborhood, the zonal planning unit (UPZ) and the locality) a growing and new micro particular territorial unit is recognized, known as the co-properties for residential use (Buildings and Complexes) that make up the Horizontal Property sector (PH), the evolution
of properties for residential use since the annual real estate census published by the Special Data Infrastructure for the Capital District, a special administrative unit for the district cadastre (IDECA), allows estimating the distribution of co-properties by locality compared to the current one Uncertainty of the number of them in Bogotá, in other words, an answer is proposed to the question, How many co-properties are there currently per locality in Bogotá? An alternative sectoral view from the individuals and families that interact in the co-properties favors evaluating possible sectoral social impacts of government measures in that population.
