Abstract
The purpose of the research is to design a synchronization model of distribution channels that meets the requirements of SMEs in the industrial sector and improve their performance indicators. To develop the present project, a descriptive, cross-sectional type of research was applied, taking a representative sample of the population through surveys and interviews with SME managers. This project shows that most SMEs have traditional distribution channels and selective market coverage, with independent and disjointed information systems, with a low proportion of technology for logistics processes, which affect their proposal value and level of participation in the sector.
