Abstract
The objective of the research was to establish the conflict resolution strategies developed by the instructors of the Centro Agroempresarial and Acuicola SENA Fonseca headquarters. The investigation was descriptive, with a non-experimental transactional design. The population consisted of (110) instructors applying the population census. The data collection technique was the survey, the observation, the interview guide and the field diary, using a questionnaire-type instrument with multiple selection scale response options. The results determined that the negotiation, mediation and conciliation strategies are used by the instructors for the resolution of conflicts within the institution, with the purpose of establishing a harmonious coexistence environment. Finally, it is concluded that instructors apply this type of conflict resolution strategies, since they generate important changes in the interdisciplinary process of students, such as creativity, a more communicative, participatory mind, dynamic in obtaining new solutions.
