Abstract

The Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement are guiding the world towards inclusive
sustainability for all beings on Earth. Colombia is a biodiverse country by nature and, for this reason cannot
refuse to participate actively in environmental, social, and economic commitments, which required priorities
identification and executing resilient actions due to climate change and also, the reduction of greenhouse
gases in its industrial processes. The construction sector has been one of the most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, its reactivation is one of the solutions for the economic development in whatever nation. However, several processes and activities that the sector has traditionally developed for years must be reconsidered and, in this moment technological tools exist to improve them. It is necessary to live the transition with an open mind
to new knowledge that will be beneficial for everyone.
