Abstract

At present, information technologies are present in almost all aspects of daily life, which generates the need to incorporate digital technologies in the educational system. In accordance with the importance of the incorporation of information technologies in the educational field, the CNCA research group of the German Colombian National Center and in accordance with its vision expressed in the Technological Plan of SENA- German Colombian National Center (SENA, 2019) considers that it is necessary to develop tools for adaptive learning that contribute to the training in virtual technologies in children and young people in the department of Atlántico.
