Abstract
At the Agro-industrial Training Center, situations of intolerance arise among apprentices that lead to conflicts between them, affecting both the training process and job performance in the productive sector of the region, when they finish their studies. To counteract this situation, the analysis of the application of a methodology that promotes the appropriation of values in apprentices has been proposed to improve the training process and performance in the productive sector. Various workshops have been held at different times of the training. At the end of each of them, various information gathering instruments have been applied, such as human cartography, the tree of gratitude, the decalogue of commitments, among others. The results obtained show the importance of permanently maintaining the pedagogical strategy "school culture of peace" that leads to the strengthening of the being and its relationship with the environment, as well as the gestation of a permanent and lasting culture of peace.
