Abstract

The organizational climate executes the relationships that take place between the employees
in the work environment of the company, where they carry out their activities, it can be
a positive link within the organization or an obstacle in their performance. According to
García and Zapata (2008) “the organizational climate is the set of relatively permanent
qualities, attributes or properties of a specific work environment, which are perceived,
felt or experienced by the people who make up the organization and which influence their
behavior.”. Organizational culture are the norms and values that apply to workers in companies,
according to Monsalve (1989) considers that “culture is born in society, is managed through
the resources that society provides and represents an active factor that promotes the
development of that society. Internal and external factors of the organization that is being
faced are visualized, with different research methods to publicize negative and positive
aspects of it, thus implementing questions through surveys to each of the members that
make up the microenterprise “record signage” based on these accounts, the results were
graphically given to recognize the data and results of this investigation. When analyzing the
organizational climate and culture, a response was given to the company Grabar Señalización,
giving innovation to the healthy coexistence that workers obtain for clients. In an effective
way, 24 factors have been determined that allow knowing the opinion of the employees about
organizational climate and culture, and if it is applied in the company at a negative or positive
level
