Abstract
The objective of the research project is to determine how game-based learning strengthens the execution of comprehensive professional training for apprentices in the financial area of SENA, as it is an emerging methodology that combines active and meaningful learning with motivation, play and the fun. The research is carried out with the apprentices and instructors of the financial area in three (3) training centers in the Nariño region using the qualitative approach with which a deep immersion in the sample is sought and data is collected to analyze and interpret the experiences. perceptions and feelings of those investigated and the consequent solution to the problem found.
