This is the result of the research that has been aimed at promoting the development of the coffee microregion of the municipality of Ciénaga through the integral intervention under the focus of productive chains and the promotion of ecotourism in the towns of Palmor, San Pedro and San Javier . The research was applied, had a non-experimental, transectional and field design. The population consisted of 2937 family units that make up the universe under study with a sample of 140 participants who cooperate with the project activities. The results of this research show the implementation of associative models that boost the economic development of the region, in accordance with the vocations and skills of the inhabitants and the strengths of the territory. The conclusions reveal the development of productive bets associated with a comprehensive training process to potentiate its execution and implementation. From this, this initiative is reflected in the improvement of the quality of life of the population benefiting from the project, the consolidation of the human and social fabric and the integration of associative models that foster the economic and productive development of the territory.
