Fourth industrial revolution. Digital convergence between administrative software and PH processes

Abstract

This article describes and analyses the different administrative management software
offered by the market, so that sets subject to the horizontal property regime can know and
identify several options that exist in the market, and determine according to their needs, which
of them best suits them. In turn, this article shows the incidence of such software, to provide
through these solutions for the sustainability of the co-properties against the current problems
they face in the different processes directly or indirectly affect the budget of the PH. For this
end, it gives an account of the proposed objectives, the methodology and the instruments
used, and the results obtained from the application of the survey, which was part of the
research process.
