Instruments of diagnosis of efficiency and effectiveness in the production process of mipymes in the sector of Barrancabermeja, Santander through mixed models.

Abstract

The Mipymes of the sector of confections of Barrancabermeja’s industry presents low levels of productivity and competitiveness in the manufacturer sector of the region, this owes to a great extent to emptiness’s in internal measurements of the productive process. Nowadays, exists different ways of measuring them, between methods as 5 M, which allow to measure efficiency and effectiveness. The process of investigation centered in the identification of the variables that affect the efficiency and the competitiveness of Mipymes, highlighting the importance of habits of improvement continues, for which it raises the following hypothesis Is it possible to measure the efficiency of the MIPYMES of the manufacturing sector of Barrancabermeja’s industry by means of the development of a prototype malingerer of variables? This article shows the partial results of the definition and quantification of problem points found in the productive processes, likewise the optimization of process of compilation of information and the exposition of a designed tool implemented as malingerer for the diagnosis, analysis and evaluation of the processes of a veracious and reliable way across an applied investigation, based on a methodology mixed and placed in a study of case not probabilistic-intentional / deliberate, with descriptive, exploratory approach, experimental, in its different phases.
