The Revista Colombiana de Investigaciones Agroindustriales (RCIA) with ISSN 2422 - 4456 is an open access, digital journal. Refereed by international peers and with continuous periodicity. Its main objective is the circulation of specialized knowledge through the publication of scientific and technological research developed by national and international authors, related to the areas of: Agri-Food Sciences (Food 4.0), Secondary Metabolites (Bioprocesses in food), Agricultural Biotechnology (Applied Economics), Beekeeping Life and Technological Development and Business Innovation.
