Abstract
The scientific research, conceived as a systemic process of intentional searching for knowledge or solutions to problems of different order, constitutes for Colombia a key tool within the educational and business sector, being the teacherinstructor who, supported by the scientific research, becomes a manager for social transformation, who must direct his efforts to the revision of paradigms and their validity in the Country, promoting new knowledge and ways of doing things for the benefit of the population.
