Abstract
SENA is part of the Ministry of Labour and develops comprehensive professional training processes, also known in other places as educational and vocational training, post-medium or tertiary education, and in other times, technological education. Today, the institution faces challenges due to its current dependency from the National Education Ministry also dealing with the educational coverage issues, at the same time trying to improve the quality. This article resumes the history of SENA’s technological conveyances and some key elements to the pedagogical model reconstruction.
