Abstract
The purpose of this article is to showcase the results of an investigative experience during 2013 and 2014 referred to the SENA´s development of training processes in the Objects Packaging Storage Program in the educatiional and industrial inclusion with youngsters with intellectual disability with an special component: zero-reading zero-writing. The methodological emphasis used is from a critical social perspective, specifically the biographical narrative emphasis to reconstruct and to think about the praxis it self. The results show that it was possible to reach the labour abilities in the participants of this process; mainly because of the construction of educational contexts that recognize and respect diversity, as well as, adapting curriculums that identify and stimulate the capabilities.References
