Abstract
This article is the result of pedagogical observation made by the author as welding instructor from TIDC, Technological and Industrial Development Centre, Barrancabermeja. With the daily practices of the learning environment, he discovered that even teaching the most modern techniques and necessary foundations, his apprentices doubted on welding properly. He questioned himself if showing the welding practice was not enough. He designed a method to discover the fears and obstacles his apprentices encountered and this article showcases his discovery: when the practice purpose in known, apprentices gain clarity and security in their actions, their minds are open for innovation.References
