Abstract
The present document is a testimony about the achievements of the training of Technicians in Sale of Products and Services given by the Sena, and its impact on the apprentices of the vulnerable community of Comuna Ocho - Medellín, especially regarding the academic, labor, personal and economic aspects, by facilitating the inclusion of a population once discriminated by the business community of the city. The apprentices of the sector are mostly displaced by violence, many of them, members of the Afro-Colombian ethnic group and largely mothers, households’ heads.References
