Buenas prácticas en sistemas de gestión para instituciones educativas

Abstract

This article describes a proposal for good practices in management systems for the Colegio María Reina (Colmare) school in Cúcuta. The inductive method was applied, which analyzes, from the particular to the general, the events observed in the school’s management systems and extrapolates them to the technical and regulatory reality in Colombia and the world. As a particular method, a case study was used to collect, classify, organize, and synthesize information about Colmare’s organizational culture. For this case, a business diagnosis of the educational institution was initiated in relation to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and Decree 1072 of 2015 on Occupational Health and Safety, and it was complemented by applying a survey to identify good practices, in order to consolidate, in a guide, those that guarantee the optimal functioning of management systems for any educational institution.
