Abstract

Horizontal property has filed corruption complaints for many years. The road could be in government hands. But, ¿Who was raised public policies visible to citizens? It is possible, by working with responsibility and professional ethics at the service of the administrator, we can develop sustainability within
the residential units, Law 675 has been made since 2001, although reforms have been made in legal matters, the implementation of processes and procedures are still waiting for a solution. However, the Covid-19 health crisis has accelerated the implementation of the occupational health and safety system, this generated procedural changes in residential complexes, aiming in the long term the objectives of sustainable development, which seek to eliminate poverty, increase modern infrastructure, and improve the quality of life of citizens. People require technological and social innovation, the union needs transformations. We can use culture as a tool that generates new proposals to distrustful co-owners, we can also promote projects that contribute to employment and generate educational and cultural benefits for children and young people. We Administrators will be able to implement and execute social solutions, we will be able to have individual will at the service of the general interest and we have a participatory and inclusive government. Public policies serve as a reference for work in closed sets, the difference is in organizational policy.
