Abstract
This article main intention is to incentives leaders in any organization towards the creation and maintenance of a data culture. The first step is to understand how organizations are using their data to make decisions in the present days based on recent studies from MIT and Harvard business schools. From their studies they found that less than 20% of front-line workers based
their decisions on data (Harvard report, 2020). By researching recommendations regarding data culture from analytics platforms like tableu, Mckinsey consultancy firm and some of the best business schools like MIT, Harvard, and Boston University it proceed to summarize the main ideas and recommendations.
