Abstract
The following article reflects the processes and results of the work carried out since 2020 for the automation
of a vertical cultivation of Pleurotus Ostreatus for the increase of fruiting bodies and its subsequent analysis
to determine the production of chitin. The document presents the state of the art of research and the design
process of the temperature and humidity data acquisition system of the developed crop.
