Implementación del sistema de habilitación de salud en la IPS simulada como estrategia orientada a la prestación de servicios tecnológicos.

Abstract

This article presents the results obtained in the development of the initial phase of an innovation project, executed in the Health Services Center, National Service of Learning (SENA), Regional Antioquia, whose general objective is to implement the habilitation system for the provision of technological services in a simulated Health Services Provider Institution (IPS), supporting patient safety, so as to guarantee processes that are in accordance with the work context and allow the execution of the research and innovation processes. SENA is a technical and technological training institution and not a health service provider institution. However, it has learning environments that simulate a real IPS, equipped with all the implements, supplies, biomedical equipment and technological capacity. There procedures can be performed as in a health service provider institution, so the apprentices who make use of these environments in the framework of their training, will be accessing better technological and pedagogical tools, which will allow them to be more competitive in the medium. Additionally, it is intended to present the implementation methodology of the rating system in the simulated IPS. On the other hand, it is important to highlight the results achieved during the first phase, whose progress has yielded important information to continue advancing towards the achievement of the project's purpose.
