Identification of the performance-generating factors in the mipymes Pereira trade sector in the years 2012-2013

Abstract

The microenterprises in Colombia are the productive units with the highest level of business participation in the total of the national production guild. This article analyzes the situation of 250 micro-enterprises of Pereira, in terms of their operation processes, the information was obtained through the application of an instrument of information collection, applying a survey through personal interview, based on the results Obtained a diagnosis of the efficiency and efficiency of the processes of the Mipymes will be made and thus propose actions that allow to improve its administration and its strategic planning.
