Impact of the use of web 2.0 leisure tools and ict platforms on the academic and motivational performance of learners

Abstract

A recurring problem in many educational institutions in Colombia is the high percentage of school dropout, the SENA Center for Electricity and Industrial Automation is no stranger to this problem, the associated causes are multiple but within them there is motivation and poor performance academic Some important international publications significant increases in motivation through modern methodologies such as game-based learning. The authors intend to replicate the experience in the national SENA learning service and to be able to know if they behave in the same way in our environment, thus having a valuable tool for reducing attrition.
