Abstract
This research article analyzes the current state of the accounting training of the apprentices of the Center for logistics and ecotourism promotion (CLPE), of the National Learning Service (SENA), Magdalena region, in the accounting and financial management programs and accounting for commercial and financial operations, the first one as a technologist and the second one as a technician. The academic and training coordinators of the respective center participated in the study and as a second point of view, the academic coordination of the Technical Training Institute of the Magdalena Compensation Fund (IFT) was also added to the academic coordination to review the current diagnosis of the training. In the accounting area, the information obtained was based on the application of an interview of closed and open questions that allowed to show the current situation of this training, the results showed that a total diagnosis cannot be covered because the tool used for this purpose are the T and T tests, applied only to technologists, additionally it was found that the results obtained in the tests are not analyzed to strengthen accounting training.
