ETHICAL STANDARDS AND GOOD EDITORIAL PRACTICES
For the Loginn magazine, the use of ethical standards and good editorial practices is essential to be able to maintain the quality standards of the magazine, which is why it is important to be able to leave in writing what are the commitments that each of the parts of this magazine acquire. magazin: authors, editor, editorial committee, scientist and peer reviewers, in order to avoid fraud and plagiarism, among other erroneous practices that are likely to occur in this type of environment. In the same way, the entire Loginn team takes care that the rules expressed here are fully complied with throughout the editorial process.
Editorial policy
The Editorial Policy covers aspects related to the structure and management of the magazin, the characteristics of the articles, the call and arbitration processes, and editorial management, among other aspects. In order to take care of the originality of the articles and respect for the rights of authors, the documents received either by calls or sent to the Open Magazin System of Loginn, are submitted to similarity review software - Turnitin, with the In order to detect total coincidences, the author will be notified supporting the non-acceptance of the article and if it is partial, he must make the necessary adjustments or updates and in this way be able to continue with the editorial process, based on what is established in the COPE .
Author commitments
The authors must certify in the format established by the magazin, "Letter of Intent - Originality and Use of Intellectual Property Rights", that the article is original and that it has not been presented or published by another magazin of the same nature, as well as their respective authorization for the use of intellectual property rights to the National Apprenticeship Service, for its dissemination, reproduction and distribution in physical and digital media.
In addition to the proof by the authors that there is no violation of copyright or other intellectual property rights of any other person and / or entity, you must acknowledge and in no way use this magazine to publish arbitrary, defamatory statements , obscene or fraudulent, or any other statement that is considered illegal and/or violates in any way and in the provisions of current Colombian regulations.
Once an article has been submitted to the Loginn magazin to start its editorial process, the inclusion or withdrawal of authors will not be allowed. The foregoing may only be taken into account in exceptional cases, where the authors must send a written consent to the magazin indicating their inclusion or withdrawal, mentioning the contribution of each one within the manuscript.
When the published article presents an error that may alter its result or its content, the authors have the obligation to report it to the magazin, so that an errata can be modified, adjusted, withdrawn or published and in turn When this is detected by a member of the magazin, the author will be notified to demonstrate in a compulsory manner that his work does not present any inconveniences.
The material that has not been published (articles, interviews, presentations), will not be taken into account in the citations or references, unless the prior written authorization of the author is obtained and this is sent to the magazin, guaranteeing that the use it will be for academic purposes.
It is their duty to carefully review the final version of the article, prior to its publication, so that the Editorial Committee of the magazin can be informed in time of the errors that have occurred and the respective corrections that may be made.
Editorial Commitment
The editor together with the members of the editorial committee are in charge of carrying out the selection, preliminary evaluation and publication, where they will determine compliance with the thematic and formal requirements, indicated in the authors' instructions, in an objective and fair manner, without any bias and/or discrimination based on sex, religion, social status or any other aspect that affects the impartiality of the process of its articles. In the event that a manuscript is rejected, researchers will be notified of the concept based on the Loginn author guide.
The editorial committee, together with the editor, must keep the anonymous nature of both the author and the referee or external evaluator, in order to generate conditions that foster objectivity in the evaluation processes of the articles.
The entire editorial process of the magazine, from start to finish, is under the responsibility of the editorial team. In any case, the Editorial Committee of the Magazin, in the event of any complaint or misunderstanding of an ethical nature or conflict of interest, must follow all the procedures, regulations, and policies of COPE.

Assessors Commitments
Loginn magazine carries out its evaluation process applying the double method, respecting the confidentiality of peer evaluation during and after the process.
The evaluation criteria that the Arbitration Committee must follow are: Pertinence criteria, methodological rigor, wealth of documentary and bibliographical references, contribution to knowledge and the innovative approach with which the subject is approached.
In the event that the external peer reviewer identifies aspects to improve in the article, through the Editorial Committee, they must notify the author, who must make the necessary adjustments so that their article can be published.
It is the responsibility of the external referees to inform the editor as soon as possible, when the articles or manuscripts evaluated present any element of plagiarism or that is substantially related to other research products, whether published or in the process of being published. In the same way, they must also inform the editor when they identify a possible conflict of interest framed by academic, personal or professional relationships with an institution or that are in any way related to the article they are evaluating, in such case and if necessary, they must dispense with it. to evaluate said article.
Principle of reliability in the evaluation process
When evaluating an article, you must maintain the principle of confidentiality and not use the information obtained during the peer review process for your own account or for any other person, or to disfavor or discredit others.
Declare all possible conflicts of interest that the article presents in the event, requesting advice from the magazin if they are not sure if something constitutes a relevant interest. Likewise, recognize that peer review is largely a mutual effort and commit to fair and timely evaluation.
