How to Cite
Abstract
To determine an adequate methodology for the good development of the manual competence of functions, so that the SENA apprentices have an optimal knowledge and a good performance in the work environment. Two types of research were implemented: applied research which is based on the function of the purpose which leads to propose a strategy which allows to obtain an optimal learning in the manual competence of functions. Secondly, the mixed type of research was applied, which is based on the function of its source of data where different information is collected within the documentary type in which different documents were found as well as surveys which are of utmost importance to have present in the research. Strengthening an adequate methodology for this competence allows the trainees to develop effectively in the work environment and apply different strategies to carry out the proper functioning of a functions manual in real scenarios.
