Abstract
In this work, it was carried out in order to understand the role that creativity plays in the learning processes of SENA, for this purpose, the apprentices of technologist and technical programs that are currently in the elective stage in the regional SENA San Andrés were taken as a universe. Perspectives are addressed from the vision of the apprentices of how they define creativity, originality, ingenious and practical, applying interviews and a creativity test that seeks that the apprentices define themselves directly under the concept of creativity or their ability to solve problems. The analysis of the data is carried out using descriptive statistical techniques of the sociodemographic variables, the result is divided into six levels of creativity from non-creative to exceptionally creative, the new roles for teachers: teaching for creativity and creative teaching and association for Educational creativity.
