Abstract

The KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
have great importance for the continuous
improvement of the productive processes
that are carried out within industries, working
as a metric to describe different patterns
of behavior in them. It is important to
highlight that this study of the KPI’S in the
management of productive processes shows
a positive impact in any factory that applies
continuously to the process. Thus, this paper
evidences the diverse successful stories
and the importance of how the MiPymes
should include these metrics to add value
to their productive processes and decrease
the existing gap between them and the big
industries.
