Abstract
The aim of the project TiN/TiAINbN, TiN/ZrN y B4C/BCN/c-BN nanometric coatings for productivity and competitiveness improvement of AGRAF S.A. is to increase the competitiveness of the company and the productivity of the paper conversion plant by using advanced materials, specifically hard coatings deposited on the blades used. This project was carried out by ASTIN, the beneficiary company AGRAF) and the New Materials Excellence Center (CENM). The starting point of the project was the Technological Surveillance, having as its main purpose was to analyze the behavior of research that have been performed over the last 15 years about this topic. The main companies, inventors and countries were also identified in the study. This article presents the results of the surveillance, which was undertaken according to the methodology devised and executed at ASTIN.
