Research as a learning alternative: Pedagogical practice of Nelson Gómez Sánchez, Germán Darío Gómez Amaya, Adrián Bernardo García Guarín

Abstract

This article presents the expe- rience of three instructors from SENA that, at the Agrotourism Centre, they decided to form a team for the sheep and goat production; their work included the idea of setting up research labs to systematise, to build and to transfer knowledge to apprentices through their training programs. This 1st award winning team won the Prize for Excellence Instructor SENA, adaptation category; a national experience that, without doubt, contributed developing a teaching program based on pedagogy, worthy of exposure.
