Abstract
The objective of this article is to analyze the existing labor inequality in the contract for the provision of services and the labor contract in the SENA capital district, focusing on the coordination of Human Resources of the Administrative Management Center. It is a mixed type of research since it is a field research where interviews, surveys and visualization are applied and additionally includes documentary research where reference is made to the bibliographic search, obtaining as a result the analysis of the differences between the contract for the provision of services and the administrative career contract, of the SENA instructors.
