Abstract
The main purpose of this article is to reconstruct the pedagogical practice of the first SENA Excellence winning price instructors- 2014, in the innovation modality and in the team category. Two young engineers convinced that the creation of learning environments focused on confidence and apprentice capabilities, encourage autonomy and favour the creative thinking expression.Downloads
